TRAINING

If you are between 17 -24 years old and do not have training or experience in hospitality you can apply for the free training programme.

 

A sharp, focused online training programme of four weeks covering 12 courses. Including preparation for entry into the workforce with CV and interview preparation.

• Food Safety and hygiene fundamentals
• Espresso Coffee Drinks
• Bartending for beginners
• Responsible Service of Alcohol Standards
• Front of house essentials 
• Customer service essentials
• Housekeeping applications
• Cleaning practices for infection control
• Guest experience fundamentals
• Body language basics
• Strengthening Resilience
• CV writing and interview preparation (a CV will be completed during this course)

 

On completion of the 12 online courses and CV you will be recommended to employers for suitable job placements. Here you will work and continue on job learning and upskilling.
