Access to Marriott International's Training Resource TakeCare Grow

Are you looking to accelerate your personal development, learn professional skills and gain a sense of wellbeing? Welcome to TakeCare Grow, a free training resource provided by Marriott in collaboration with the Global Travel & Tourism Partnership.

What is TakeCare Grow?

TakeCare Grow is a collection of over 300 learning resources that provide you with the skills needed to have a successful career in the Hospitality & Tourism industry. Resources include training on managing change, developing careers, using technology and accomplishing goals.

TakeCare Grow acts as a self-paced toolkit, combining articles and videos from a range of experts. It allows you to go straight to content that is of interest to you, with most resources taking less than 5 minutes to read or watch. TakeCare Grow's library of online learning resources covers the following areas:

How do I access TakeCare Grow?

Marriott International’s in-house training course TakeCare Grow is now available to anyone using Go with Tourism's services, thanks to our collaboration with the Global Travel & Tourism Partnership (GTTP). Access the resources for free at https://tcgrow.marriott.com/. No login is required and you will be able to enjoy unlimited, on-demand access to all resources. You can also access other available training resources through GTTP's Education & Training Portal. Simply click on Training Resources and navigate through a variety of links to a number of free, industry training online courses including TravelUni and World Travel & Tourism Council.
